Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule
More than 72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Complete refund minus service charges
Processing Time: 5-7 business days
Processing Fee: €50 for credit card payments
Conditions: Request must be submitted in writing through email or over the phone
24-72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Half the total charter fee
Processing Time: 7-10 business days
Processing Fee: €25 subtracted from the refund amount
Conditions: Acceptable justification needed; administrative expenses incurred
Less than 24 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: No reimbursement possible
Exception: Critical situations may be taken into account
Alternative: Charter credits might be provided at the discretion of the management
Conditions: Supporting documentation required for emergency cases
Weather-Related Cancellations
Our Weather Guarantee
Your safety is our utmost concern. In instances where the weather is unsafe for charter operations as determined by our certified captain, we present flexible arrangements:
- Full Refund: Issued if rescheduling is not an option
- Reschedule: Transfer your charter to another suitable date at no extra cost
- Charter Credit: Receive credit that is valid for one year from the original charter date
Weather Assessment Process
Our evaluation of weather conditions encompasses:
- Investigating wind speeds and directions
- Assessing sea conditions and wave heights
- Examining visibility and precipitation projections
- Heeding Coast Guard announcements and alerts
- Conducting a captain's evaluation on safety
Decision Timeline: Deliberations on weather cancellations are made at least 4 hours before the planned departure time.
Medical Emergency Refunds
Emergency Conditions
We grasp that medical emergencies can arise unexpectedly. The subsequent scenarios may be considered for special review:
- Hospitalization due to a sudden ailment or injury
- Loss of an immediate family member
- Call to military duty or urgent reassignments
- Summons to court or jury duty obligations
- Natural disasters impacting your journey
Documentation Standards
For consideration of emergency refunds, please furnish:
- Official medical certifications or hospital records
- Death notification (if relevant)
- Authorized military deployment orders
- Legal summons or notices for jury service
- Proof of travel advisories or state of emergencies
Processing: Requests for emergency refunds are attended to within 3-5 business days upon submission of necessary evidence.
Operational Cancellations
Mechanical Faults
In the event that the designated vessel encounters mechanical failures that are irreparable:
- Substitute Vessel: Our attempt will be to provide an equivalent substitute
- Full Refund: Granted in the absence of a suitable replacement
- Partial Refund: Disbursed if the alternative vessel commands a different rate
- Recompense: Additional reparation might be offered for the inconvenience
Non-Availability of Crew
If a certified crew is not available in rare instances:
- Efforts to find a replacement crew will be made
- Full refund if the charter cannot proceed
- A chance to reschedule at no extra charges

Reimbursements are directed back to the original payment method utilized for the reservation:
- Credit Cards: Processed within 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfers: Completed within 7-10 business days
- Cash/Cheque: Fulfilled within 3-5 business days

Charter Credits
Scenarios for Credit Issuance
In specific conditions, charter credits may be extended instead of refunds:
- Terminations made close to the charter time (less than 24 hours prior)
- Cancellations tied to weather disruptions
- Voluntary requests for rescheduling
- Unforeseen operational deterrents
Credit Conditions
- Validity Period: Lasts 12 months post-issuance
- Non-Transferable: Credits are not assignable to other individuals
- Monetary Value: Equal to full charter worth (excluding service fees)
- Applicability: Redeemable for any open charter dates
- Lapse: No extensions past the 12-month limit
Partial Service Reimbursements
Disruptions in Service
If your charter experience is cut short or hindered due to issues we have control over:
- Refunds calculated proportionally based on unspent duration
- Credits discerned for a future service equivalent to the preempted charter
- Additional complimentary services or upgrades
Interruptions Stemming from Guests
In the event that a charter is concluded ahead of time due to misconduct or infringements of safety by guests:
- No payback for the unutilized period
- Outstanding fees are still expected in full
- Additional fines may be levied
Dispute Mediation
Should you find yourself at odds with a refund verdict, you are entitled to:
- Submit an appeal to our executive team for reassessment
- Supply further proof or substantiation
- Engage consumer protection bodies for arbitration
- Explore legal avenues as permitted by current laws
